Colin Doherty

CEO

Colin Doherty has held many executive leadership roles in his 25+ years of professional experience, including serving as CEO of Arbor Networks from 2009 to 2014. He previously served as CEO at four other high-growth B2B software and technology enabled SaaS, infrastructure, and security services companies, including Fuze, Dyn, BTI Systems, and Mangrove Systems.

Colin excels in business transformation and growth, building high performance teams and has extensive experience in Cloud, Data Center, Security, Carrier / SaaS Enterprise technologies.

Most recently, Colin served as Growth Partner at Wavecrest Growth Partners, where he oversaw strategic growth agendas for portfolio company investments.

Earlier in his career Colin held executive positions as a CRO and an SVP of Global Sales in mobile and enterprise technologies in Europe, US, and Latin America.

Colin received a BA in Business from Abertay University, Scotland and a Postgraduate degree in Marketing from the Institute of Marketing in London.

Kevin Collins

CFO

Kevin Collins joined Neustar Security Services in February 2022, following eight years as CFO of 20-20 Technologies, where he was responsible for the worldwide financial, treasury, and legal operations. During his tenure at 20-20, he has completed multiple acquisitions, three debt recapitalizations, and two company sales.

Kevin brings over 25 years of experience as a senior executive with extensive finance and operational experience in software, content, and technology companies, most recently as CFO of Agamatrix, Inc., which develops proprietary technology for self-monitoring blood glucose systems.

Prior to Agamtrix, Kevin served as CFO for eight years at HCPro, Inc., an integrated information and content company. At HCPro, Kevin completed several debt financing transactions, managed in excess of 12 acquisitions, and was a member of the executive team responsible for the sale of HCPro. Kevin has also served as CFO for I-Many, Inc., a publicly traded contract management enterprise software company, responsible for investor relations, treasury and M&A working closely with investors and analysts.

Anthony Chadd

SVP and Chief Revenue Officer

Anthony Chadd is responsible for Sales & Retention to drive the overall revenue for the business, including all sales, account management, channel partnerships, sales development, and revenue functions.

Anthony brings over 20 years of technology sales experience to the company. Since joining Neustar in 2010, he has held multiple roles of increasing responsibility within the sales organization. Starting as an Account Executive, Anthony quickly became a top performer and took over the leadership of the EMEA team in 2012. Leading this team, Anthony grew the international business and built out the international sales team until moving into the SVP of Global Sales in 2019.

Nakisha Griffin

Vice President, Human Resources

Nakisha Griffin serves as Vice President of Human Resources. In this capacity, she leads, directs, develops, and coordinates the policies, activities, and staff of the human resources department, ensuring legal compliance and implementation of the organization's mission and talent strategy.

Nakisha has over 14 years of human resource leadership expertise with a specialization in Talent Acquisition, Organizational Design, Workforce Planning, Coaching, and Employee Development. Prior to Neustar Security Services, she was the Chief Operations Officer for Virtual Enterprise Architects.

Nakisha holds the Senior Human Resources Professional (SPHR), SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and Associate Certified Coach (ACC) certifications. She attended Kean University and received her Bachelor of Science in Management. She holds a Master of Professional Studies in Human Resource Management from the University of Connecticut.

Alice Palmer 

Chief Marketing Officer

Alice leads the company’s global marketing strategy to drive growth through accelerated demand generation, product and partner marketing, and brand building. She has 20+ years of experience managing top B2B brands and successfully leading global organizations through business model transformations and market expansion. Her leadership experience includes strategy, product marketing, demand generation, digital marketing, analytics, customer marketing, brand and public relations. She prides herself on a customer-centric, data-driven approach and strong cross-functional collaboration, particularly with sales and product teams.

In her most recent role as Senior Vice President of Marketing at Monotype, Alice empowered the world’s top brands to be authentic, powerful, and consistent. Prior to Monotype, she held global marketing roles at Autodesk and Avid Technology. Alice is a graduate of Duke University and has an MBA from Babson College.

Carlos Morales

SVP Solutions

Carlos Morales is the Senior Vice President of Solutions for Neustar’s Security Services business unit responsible for product management of Neustar Security Services’ portfolio of application security, DNS, and threat data services. He is tasked with managing a senior group of product managers, defining product strategy, product requirements, roadmaps, and overseeing the release process to create service differentiation and accelerate growth. His role also includes helping to define the strategy for security acquisitions and execution of strategic partnerships. He also has responsibility for developing, enabling, and growing the solutions engineering organization for Neustar Security Services. Before taking the SVP of Solutions role, he was previously CTO of the Security Solutions business unit within Neustar.

Previous to joining Neustar, Carlos served as general manager for the Arbor Cloud service at Netscout, leading product strategy, sales, operations, and driving the service P&L. Prior to the Netscout acquisition and integration of Arbor Networks, he was on the executive management team of Arbor, leading the global pre-sales team for over a decade, and was responsible for the Arbor Security Engineering and Response Team (ASERT). Carlos also held technical leadership positions at Nortel Networks and Tiburon Networks.

Mark Robinson

SVP Technology

Mark Robinson joined Neustar in February 2009, leading UltraDNS Software Engineering. He is responsible for the technology, product / solution development, platform engineering and architecture and driving innovation of the company's cloud-based and data-driven security services business including Neustar's industry leading application security, DNS, security intelligence and website performance management offerings.

Mark has more than 25 years of leadership experience in high-growth technology businesses. Prior to Neustar, Mark led Service Delivery for Revolution Health, a startup based in Washington, DC. Mark also led a variety of teams at America Online, first in Operations and later in Software Development. Prior to that, he served as an Architect at Mobil Oil, transforming their global futures trading floor technologies.

Mark received a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Michigan State University and Masters of Science degree in Computer Science from George Washington University.

James Willett

SVP Operations

James Willett is Senior Vice President Operations for Neustar Security Services. In his role, James is responsible for network architecture and operations, customer support, professional services, information security and operations.

In his 25+ year career, James has excelled at delivering winning management strategies with customers and team members alike, producing results while solving customer and business problems.

Prior to the Neustar Security Services spinout from Neustar, James led operations, engineering, product management, professional services, customer success and sales engineering teams spanning both Security and Marketing solutions. James joined Neustar through the UltraDNS acquisition. Prior to Neustar, James founded JaTell, a boutique-consulting firm specializing in engagements with Fortune 500 clients and critical Internet infrastructure providers. As Director of Professional Services for MainNerve, Inc., James was operationally responsible for managing all consulting processes and customer service delivery, including the company's high-stakes information security clients. Prior to MainNerve, James held various systems engineering and consulting positions where he was responsible for maintaining IT systems and applications in production environments.

Earlier in his career, he served with the United States Marine Corps as a Communications-Electronics Maintenance Chief. While in this role, he managed the maintenance and repair of all radio, telephone, switchboard and computer systems for combat-ready units, including all test equipment, manuals and Marines. James holds a B.S. in Information Technology.
